Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 12, 2026
1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy explains how Simplee Creative ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, submit our contact form, purchase a product or plan, or otherwise interact with us.
2. Information We Collect
- Contact form submissions: your name, email address, business name (if provided), and whatever you write to us.
- Purchases and subscriptions: when you buy something through our store or sign up for a care plan, payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We do not see, collect, or store your full card number — Stripe handles that. We do receive your name, email, and purchase details from Stripe so we can fulfill your order and provide support.
- Basic technical information: standard server logs (like IP address and browser type) that most websites collect automatically for security and performance purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, deliver the products or services you've purchased, manage your subscription and billing, and provide customer support. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of trusted third parties to run our business:
- Stripe — handles all payment processing and subscription billing. Stripe has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your payment information.
- Hostinger — hosts our website and processes contact form submissions through server-side email delivery.
These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function for us.
5. Cookies
Our website itself does not use tracking or advertising cookies. If you check out through Stripe, Stripe may set its own cookies as part of fraud prevention and payment processing — this is governed by Stripe's privacy policy, not ours.
6. Data Retention
We keep contact form submissions and order records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide support, maintain business records, and meet any legal or tax obligations. You can request that we delete your information at any time (see Section 7).
7. Your Rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing simpleecreative.com@gmail.com. Note that we may need to retain certain records (like payment history) to comply with legal or tax requirements even after a deletion request.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for business use and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 years of age.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
